At Scoopy Doos Delray Beach, we want customers to be happy with their purchases. Because many of our products include food, frozen treats, baked items, and pet-related consumables, return eligibility may vary depending on the item purchased.

Food & Frozen Treats

Due to health and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • dog ice cream
  • frozen products
  • bakery items
  • opened treats
  • consumable pet products

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.

Retail Items

Unused retail merchandise may be eligible for exchange within a reasonable timeframe after purchase if the item is:

  • unused,
  • in original condition,
  • and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that retail items are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer refunds or returns on retail merchandise.

Exchange approval may vary depending on the product type.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your name,
  • purchase details,
  • and photos of the item if applicable.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Grooming services available through Scoopy Doos Delray Beach are provided by independent grooming partners.

Questions regarding grooming appointments, cancellations, refunds, scheduling, or service concerns should be directed to the applicable grooming provider or booking platform associated with the appointment.

Specific grooming policies, pricing, and refund eligibility may vary depending on the independent grooming partner.

Third-Party Orders

Orders placed through third-party services, delivery platforms, or external retailers may be subject to the policies of those providers.
